New discovery: Charo Chic Cakes

Como ya os conté hace dos post, el sábado estuve en un evento sobre bodas organizado por Oepsym, llamado: "Y si te casas conmigo?"
En éste evento había diferentes stands preparados para cubrir todos los aspectos del día más importante de tu vida: el día de tu boda. El otro día os hablé de los maravillosos tocados de Nimoc, y hoy voy a hablaros de mi stand favorito de ese día: el de repostería.

El stand de tartas, dulces y repostería para el día de la boda, me encantó, tanto que creo que fue en el que más tiempo pasé a lo largo de la jornada del sábado. Una mesa entera llena de tartas, dulces, piruletas, caramelos, galletas, todos hechos artesanalmente y cada uno de ellos distinto al otro.
Tras éste fabuloso stand estaba Charo Rejes, la dueña de Charo Chic Cakes. Charo es una mujer que empezó haciendo dulces para sus hijos y acabó abriendo una repostería, realiza tartas, mini tartas, cupcakes, galletas, bandejas de desayuno o merienda, mesas de dulces y regalos, de forma exclusiva y según tus gustos, y aunque ese día realizó dulces con temática de boda, no significa que sólo se dedique a esto, ya que sus dulces sirven para cualquier ocasión.

Su lema: "Transformar en azucar y envolver en celofán sueños e ilusiones", y os puedo asegurar que así es, ya que realiza los dulces que siempre soñaste a tu medida y en exclusiva para tí, simplemente con llamar diez días antes de esa ocasión tan especial, podrás tener en tu fiesta dulces que causarán sensación.

As already I told you it does two post, on Saturday I was in an event on weddings organized by Oepsym, called: " And if you marry me? "
In this event there were different stands prepared to cover all the aspects of the day more important of your life: the say of your wedding. Another day I spoke to you about Nimoc's wonderful accessories and today I am going to speak to you about my favorite stand of this day: that of confectionary.

The stand of tarts, sweets and confectionary for the day of the wedding, I delighted, so much that I believe that it was in that more time I happened along the Saturday day. An entire table full of tarts, sweets, candies, cookies, and each of them different from other one.
After this fabulos stand there was Charo Rejes, the owner of Charo Chic Cakes. Charo is a woman who started by doing sweets for her children and opening a confectionary, realizes tarts, mini tarts, cupcakes, cookies, trays of breakfast or snack, tables of sweets and gifts, of exclusive form and according to your tastes, and though this day realized sweets with subject matter of wedding, does not mean that only she devotes herself to it, since her sweets serve for any occasion.

Her philosophy: "To transform in azucar and to wrap in cellophane dreams and illusions ", and I can assure you that like that it is, since she fulfils the sulces that always you dreamed to your measure and in sole right for you, simply of calling ten days before this so special occasion, you will be able to have in your party sweets that they will cause sensation.

Este año le ha tocado a la modelo rusa Irina Shayk participar en la portada anual que Elle realiza con cristales de Swarovski.
Más de 3.500 cristales rojos, que simbolizan la pasión por el lujo de vivir. Más de nueve horas de trabajo de la mano de Elle y un equipo de maquilladores de Mac, especializados en body-painting, cuyo resultado final ha sido fotografiado por Santiago Esteban.
La portada de Diciembre de 2011, protagonizada por la modelo rusa, edición que se lleva realizando desde 2007 cuya colaboración fue en este caso con Paz Vega.

La modelo ha afirmado: "La sesión fotográfica fue difícil porque tuve que estar tumbada sobre una tabla muy dura, y tenía un montón de cristales pellizcándome la piel. Pero me sentía muy sexy. Me parecía que llevaba algo puesto, no un traje de baño sino puro arte corporal."

Personalmente pienso que tiene un cuerpo más escultural y es mucho más guapa de lo que muestra en la portada, y que en comparación con las pasadas ediciones deja bastante que desear para personas que como yo esperamos ansiadamente éste número puede que sea por la poca cantidad de cristales o por la sencillez que en este caso no se merece una portada como ésta, pero aún así ya tengo ganas de tenerla entre mis manos!

Personally I think that she has a more sculptural body and is much much prettier than shows in the front page and that in comparison with the past editions makes enough that to wish for persons that since me we wait ansiadamente this one for number can that quantity of crystals is for small or for the simplicity that in this case does not deserve a front page as this one, but nonetheless already I have desire of having it between my hands!

¿Tocados para una boda? Una buena opción: NIMOC

Ayer estuvimos en un evento chulisimo organizado de nuevo por la maravillosa Maribel de Oepsym. Un evento donde la temática era las bodas. Y si te casas conmigo? ese era el nombre de dicho evento.
Fue un día muy entrañable del cual os enseñaré fotos y os contaré un poco más adelante, ya que no puedo publicar las fotos aún debido a derechos de exclusividad, pero prometo contaros dentro de unas semanas.
Aún así la jornada estuvo repleta de distintos "stands" que nos ofrecieron las mejores opciones para que el día más especial de la mujer; el día de su boda, sea perfecto.
Y en esta entrada quería hablaros de uno de ellos. Nimoc es una tienda situada en Colmenar Viejo (como ya os enseñé en un post anteriormente), la cual no sólo vende ropa de distintas colecciones, sino también accesorios vintage y tocados hechos artesanalmente.
Y para este evento presentaron los tocados que podría llevar el día de una boda tanto la novia como las demás invitadas. Tocados de diferentes estilos, y con diferentes materiales, hechos a mano por la dueña de la tienda como os he dicho, y a un precio muy bueno, los cuales a mi me volvieron loca!
Os enseño aquí unas fotos de los que trajeron para ese día, que Almudena y yo nos los estuvimos probando toda la tarde.

 Yesterday we were in an great event organized again by the wonderful Maribel of Oepsym. An event where the subject matter was the weddings. And if you marry me? This it was the name of the above mentioned event.
It was one very intimate day of which I will show photos to you and will tell you a bit later on, since I cannot publish the photos still due to rights of exclusivity, but to promise to tell you in a few weeks.
Nonetheless the day was replete with different "stands" that offered us the best options in order that the most special day of the woman; the day of her wedding, be perfect.
And in this entry I wanted to speak to you about one of them. Nimoc is a shop placed in Old Apiary (as already I showed you in a post previously), which not only sells clothes of different collections, but also accessories vintage and made hair´s accessories.
And for this event they presented the hair´s accessories that it might take the day of a wedding both the girlfriend and other invited ones. Hair´s accessories of different styles, and with different material, handmade for the owner of the shop like you I have said, and to a very good price, which to my me returned mad!
I show you here a few photos of those that they brought for this day, that Almudena and I were proving ourselves the whole evening.

Todos los tocados realizados por Nimoc

Versace for H&M: The day.

Me gustaría saber como lo habéis vivido vosotros, porque yo tenía que estudiar y no he podido pasarme a ver el ambiente. Ya que de todos modos no iba a comprarme nada de una colección que no es para nada de mi gusto.
Pero por lo que he visto y leído ha habido colas interminables en las tiendas seleccionadas por Versace para exponer su colección. Gente que esperaba desde esta mañana e incluso desde ayer por la noche. Cosa que con perdón pero no comprendo.
Aún así ha sido un éxito rotundo, puesto que yo he ido esta tarde al salir de la universidad y al parecer la colección ha durado dos horas en la tienda, la gente ha arrasado con todo, y aunque si que es cierto que habrá gente que utilice lo que ha comprado en esas dos horas que ha durado la tan esperada colección, otras por el contrario creo que se han dejado un dinero simplemente por el hecho de tener un Versace en su armario (cuando no es así, sino que tienen una prenda de la calidad de H&M, en la que pone; Versace en la etiqueta).

Pero a pesar de esto H&M se ha llevado los frutos de esta colaboración que sin duda ha dado mucho más que hablar y que comprar que la de Lanvin, con la cual sin duda me quedo con los ojos cerrados.
Os traigo unas fotos de los escaparates, ya que como os he dicho cuando he ido la tienda seguía su curso normal y sin muestras de la colección de Versace por ninguna parte.

I would like to know as it you have lived, because I had to study and I could not have passed to seeing the environment. Since anyhow it was not going to buy me anything of a collection that is not for anything of my taste.
But for what I have seen and read there have been endless tails in the shops selected by Versace to expose her collection. People who was waiting from this morning and even from yesterday in the night. Thing that with pardon but I do not understand.
Nonetheless it has been a round success, since I have gone this evening on having gone out of the university and apparently the collection has lasted two hours in the shop, the people have triumphed with everything, and though if that is true that there will be people who uses what he has bought at these two hours that such an awaited collection has lasted, others on the contrary I believe that a money has been left simply by the fact of having a Versace in theirs cupboard (when it is not like that, but they have an article of the quality of H&M, in which it puts; Versace in the label).

But in spite of this H&M one has taken the fruits of this collaboration that undoubtedly has given much more than to speak and that to buy that that of Lanvin, with which undoubtedly I remain with the closed eyes.
I bring a few photos of the shop windows, since I have said to you when I have gone the shop it was following his normal course and without samples of Versace's collection on no part.

Moda para hombres: Otoño/Invierno 2011

Nunca había pensado escribir sobre las tendencias para hombres, ya que aún siendo una apasionada de la moda, esta claro, que lo mío es la ropa femenina.
Este post está especialmente dedicado a mi amigo Jorge que está de erasmus en Turín y desde allí me ha pedido que hiciese un review con lo que se iba a llevar este invierno para los hombres.
Bien pues aquí os muestro lo que se lleva este otoño/invierno en el sector masculino (espero no haber influenciado mucho las tendencias según mi gusto por la moda masculina!)

I had never thought this one wrote on the trends for men, since still being carried away of the mode, clearly, that mine is the feminine clothes.
This post is specially dedicated to my friend Jorge who is of erasmus in Turin and from there he has asked me to do a review with what it was going to remove this winter for the men.
Well so here I show you what removes this autumn / winter in the masculine sector (I expect not to have influenced very much the trends according to my taste for the masculine mode!)

Los jerseys de punto son un básico en el armario de cualquier hombre. Tanto en lisos como con estampados o punto de nieve.
The knit jerseys are the basic one in the wardrobe of any man. So much in smooth as with prints.

El estilo British, inunda los armarios masculinos; trajes, chalecos, boinas, pajaritas y corbatas al más puro estilo inglés con estampado de espiga, rombos o cuadros.
The style British, it floods the masculine cupboards; suits, jackets, berets, bow ties and ties to the purest I am used Englishman with print of spike, rhombuses or pictures.

La cazadora de aviador, sigue este año en las calles, y es que nada mejor que cuello de borrego para los días de frío en la gran ciudad!

A la par con las cazadoras "aviator" están las básicas cazadoras de cuero. A mi personalmente me encantan, aunque hay que saber como combinarlas.

En cuanto a pantalones, se llevan los coloridos para dar un toque al invierno. Ya que el "color block" también se instaura en el sector masculino.

Y en cuanto a corte, además de los básicos pitillos, ¿por qué no probarlos algo más cortos a la altura del tobillo?

De nuevo dos básicos en los armarios masculinos; americanas y camisas de cuadros. Me encantan...

Los zapatos pasan a ser de piel y cordones, tanto en zapato bajo como en botin de media altura.

Si quieres arriesgar algo más, yo optaría por unos botines de estilo militar, para darle un toque mas informal a tu look.
If you want to risk something more, I would choose for a few booties of military style, to give a touch mas informally to your look.

En cuanto a complementos, los gorros, los pañuelos y las bufandas de punto siempre tendrán un hueco en el armario masculino. Además dan un aire desarreglado a cualquier outfit.
As for complements, the caps, the handkerchiefs and the scarves of point always will have a hollow in the masculine cupboard. In addition they give an air messed up to any outfit.
